We decided there was no harm in giving them a trial and it's the best thing we've done! Their platform is so user friendly and tenants also seem to love the usability, finding it very straightforward.
We can see everything the tenant uploads including documents every step of the way and applications can be finalised in less than 24 hours. We have so much more control over the vetting process. We can log in to check the status whenever we want, which means we can also keep our landlords updated immediately.
Great customer service and the price sealed the deal for us. We haven't even thought about switching back to our previous referencing company. Keep up the good work guys!
