- Joanna Radford Review added: 2018.01.15★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not a family friendly gym at all. The family fun swimming is restricted to only 1 hour on Saturdays and Sundays. Changing facilities smell of urine. The centre is very under resourced and parking is impossible, i can only see parking getting worse once the retail park opens in the Spring!
I would like to see more of the following please:
Family swimming sessions extended at weekends with less swimming lessons, which can take up a 1/3 of the pool not leaving much space of public swimming
Cleaner changing and shower facilities to enhance the customer experience
Family fitness classes would attract more people
More staff on reception. I'm a fully paid up member and once waited 20 mins queuing to go swimming with my children, by the time we'd changed and found a locker that was working we only had 30 mins of swimming left
I'd be cancelling my family membership had I not paid in full for the year!
Come on Graves you can do better than this.
